We have four specialized units for repair: one for all models of laboratory equipment, another for X-ray machines and ultrasound, a unit for anesthetic and breathing machines, and a unit for machines like stomach packing, washing, bleaching (for artificial back), and water systems used in bleaching and operating rooms.
Repairs are categorized accordingly.
• For warranty repairs, we will consider the cost of spare parts based on the incident, along with the service fee.
• For repairs outside of warranty, we collect both spare parts and service fees.
• Repairing defects covered by the sales contract is a service provided free of charge.
