Medical Device (LAB)

Our department is responsible for the maintenance and sales of three major products
Analytical machine ( ROCHE , SYSMEX )
Kidney bleaching machine (NIPRO)
Surgery machine through tube, stomach machine ( OLYMPUS )
Our team undergoes training by the supplier before commencing work. The team is divided into
four sections with different responsibilities: APPLICATION, IT, MARKETING, and SALE.

Application Team

– Install the parameters of the machine after the technician has installed it.
– Organize training sessions for users to address initial machine-related issues until the
doctor knows how to use it.
– Monitor the machine’s usage with the doctor to prevent problems.
– Responsible for following up with TIQ con for the doctor
– Survey the laboratory and collect information on each item, unit and normal value used
by customers

IT Team

– Survey, room design, installation of network systems, provision of IT equipment,
program utilization, and implementation of the LIS system. We also conduct training
sessions for doctors on the use of the LIS system and monitor its usage continuously.
– Organize training sessions for users to address initial machine-related issues until the
doctor knows how to use it.
– Monitor the machine’s usage with the doctor to prevent problems.

Marketing team

– Our team will recommend medical equipment to doctors and present our strengths
compared to competitors.
– Meet with doctors to address issues and facilitate sales in areas with low sales.
– Collaborate with suppliers to organize promotional activities for doctors.

Sales team

– Responsible for planning the customer’s chemical test liquid requirements to ensure
there is no shortage and no remaining stock until the expiration date.
– Responsible for issuing sales invoices and tracking the delivery of goods until they reach
the customer.
– Monitor customer payments within the time period set by the company
